Mental Health Awareness Week
This weeks sees the start of Mental Health Awareness week, with it's theme focussing on kindness.
Kindness has the singular ability to unlock shared humanity. Most recently we have seen the increased use of phrases like "mental health in lockdown" "random acts of kindness". With this in mind we have shared with you some resources, should you want to read them, packed with ideas to help support you and your families. We do hope that you find something you can use at home within them.
