Local Community
The school regularly attends St Nicholas Church to celebrate Easter, Harvest and Christingle. Reverend Bushby is always very welcoming and takes part in our services and parents and grandparents are welcomed to any of the services.
Mr Patrick from the Methodist circuit regularly visits school to lead assemblies and helps us to organise our Christian Aid Assembly.

Newbald Parish Council
Our children have been asked to help with a project in the community, planting a new garden planter within the village. Our band of enthusiastic gardeners joined one of the Parish Councillors to plant the first seasons floral display, hiding spring bulbs which will hopefully provide a welcome sight in the Spring.
The children will be returning to see their handiwork in the coming months and hopefully, be surveying wildlife visitors such as bees and butterflies.
Visits like these not only promote the school within the community but provide excellent learning opportunitues for the children, not only academically but socially too.
